Roy William Black

Roy William Black, 45, of Saco died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, of injuries sustained in a car crash near West Glacier, Mont.

Cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time.

He was born April 3, 1967, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Bill and Merrilyn Black. When he was 4, the family moved to Hinsdale, where he was raised and attended grade school. For high school, he attended Shattuck School in Faribault, Minn., and graduated in 1985 as salutatorian. After high school, he attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass.
