Lee I. Niedringhaus III

1942-2012

Lee I. Niedringhaus III, a great friend and supporter of the Valley County Pioneer Museum, died unexpectedly of cancer on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at age 70.

He was born March 17, 1942, in St. Louis, Mo. He was a great-grandson of industrialist William F. Niedringhaus, who with his brothers was the first to produce Granite Iron Ware in the United States at the St. Louis Stamping Co. in St. Louis and Granite City, Ill.
