Carol Jean (Lenz) Clark, 54, died of congestive heart failure on Friday, July 6, 2012, at her home in Glasgow, Mont.

She was born on Jan. 22, 1958, in Van Nuys, Calif., the daughter of James N. and Lucille R. Lenz.

Bell Mortuary of Glasgow is in charge of arrangements.
