AUDIT PUBLICATION STATEMENT

An audit of the affairs of Dry Prairie Rural Water has been conducted by Smith, Lange & Halley, P.C. The audit covered the fiscal year(s) ended December 31, 2011.

Section 2-7-521, MCA, requires the publication concerning the audit report include a statement that the audit report is on file in its entirety and open to public inspection at the Dry Prairie Office in Culbertson, and that Dry Prairie Rural Water will send a copy of the audit report to any interested person upon request.
