NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION TO ALTER BOUNDARIES OF VALLEY COUNTY TELEVISION DISTRICT NO. 1 TO INCLUDE THE TERRITORY IN HINSDALE TELEVISION DISTRICT NO. 1

BE IT KNOWN, that the Board of County Commissioners of Valley County, Montana, did, on the 31^st day of January, 2012, adopt a Resolution of Intent as follows:

1. That it is the intention of Board of County Commissioners to expand the boundaries of the Valley County Television District No. 1 to include all of the territory of the Hinsdale T.V. District No.

2. That the annual levy for the consolidated television district shall be $30.00 per television set.

3. That the Board of Trustees of the Valley County Television District No. 1 shall administer the expanded district.

4. That Notice of Passage of Resolution of Intention shall be published twice in the Glasgow Courier, pursuant to the requirements of 7-1-2121, 7-1-2122, 7-1-4127 and 7-1-4129, Montana Code Annotated.

5. That within thirty (30) days after date of first publication of the notice, any owner of property liable to be assessed for said service may make written protest against the proposed service established through the expansion of the district. Such protest must be in writing and delivered to the Valley County Clerk within this period.

6. That a hearing on any protest will be held on March 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Office of the Valley County Commissioners, Valley County Courthouse, Glasgow, Montana.

7. Reference is hereby made to Resolution 2-2012 of Intention dated January 31, 2012, on file in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Valley County , Montanan, for further details.
