    While serving food with the Boy Scouts at the Veteran’s Memorial Dedication in Fort Peck on Independence Day, I was taken off-guard by a comment made by a woman and her husband. They said they were surprised to see Boy Scouts and didn’t know they still existed. They added that it was nice to see young men with their pants pulled up, clean cut, behaving respectfully.
