    The Glasgow Highlanders had another dominating performance over the weekend. The youngsters crowned 16 champions and 31 top-three finishers overall at the Sidney Invitational held Feb. 24. The middle school wrestlers also turned in dominating performances in Havre and Belgrade in competitions held the same day. The middle school kids will compete in Lewistown Saturday, March 3 at the Middle School State tournament, while the young Highlanders will be competing in the Glendive Invitational.   • Highlanders Crown a Plethora of Champions in Weekend Invitationals

    The Highlanders competed across the state this past weekend, crowning 19 champions in total. 50-plus wrestlers headed to Poplar, Choteau and Butte Feb. 18 and 19 for their annual invitational tournaments. With State AAU only a few short weeks away, the Highlanders are showing vast improvement and dedication.   • Wrestling Club Dominates

    The Glasgow Highlander wrestlers were in action this weekend at the Poplar Invitational. Over 250 local wrestlers crammed into the Poplar High School gymnasium for an action packed day of competition. Thirty eight future Scottie wrestlers made the trip and it was a successful weekend for each of the young competitors. This tournament kicked off the folkstyle season, after competing in freestyle and Greco the past month and half.
