The Valley County Pioneer Museum is open 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.

Nemont Manor has activities scheduled throughout the month for the entire community as well as the residents of Nemont Manor. If you would like a calendar, please contact 406-228-4306 or e-mail [email protected] and they will mail one to you.

Visitors to the Fort Peck Interpretive Center can call for an appointment weekdays the remainder of the year and dependent upon staff availability, 406-526-3411 ext 3755.

Drop off non-perishable foods at your local grocery store or give to your student at the Glasgow Middle School or Glasgow High School for the Cat vs Griz Food Drive. All donations will be provided to the Valley County Food Bank.

Wednesday, Nov. 15

5 – 7 p.m. - Public Open House at Cottonwood Inn and Suites to learn about the improvement options for the existing Vandalia Rest Area.

Thursday, Nov. 16

4 – 7 p.m. - Harvest Festival At Valley View Home. Bake Sale, 50/50 and a Thanksgiving Dinner Basket will be available. All proceeds will be provided to the Resident Fill A Stocking Fund.

Friday, Nov. 17

5 p.m. - Festival of Trees 2023 at the Glasgow Elks Lodge. Prime Rib dinner will be served at 6 p.m. with the auction of Christmas Trees, Wreaths and centerpieces to follow.

Saturday, Nov. 18

9 a.m. - 1 p.m. - First Aid, AED and CPR Training at FMDH Ambulance Barn, 310 Mahon Street. Registration deadline is Thursday, Nov. 16, 5 p.m. by calling 406-228-9648. You can leave a message.

9 a.m. - 3 p.m. - All Handcrafted Holiday Bazaar at the Glasgow Civic Center, 319 3rd St. South, Glasgow. Hosted by Chapter U, P.E.O. A philanthropic educational organization.

9 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Baker's Jewelry Holiday Open House, 54174 US Highway 2, Glasgow.

9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Glasgow Flower & Gift Open House, 429 2nd Ave. S.

Noon - Precision 22 Match at the Valley County Rifle and Pistol Club Range.

5-7 p.m. - Saint Marie Fire Department is partnering with the St. Marie Village Association to provide a free Thanksgiving dinner to our neighbors and friends. Come join us for a night of good food and great friends. Contact Mary-Jean, 406-350-2218, for more information.

5 – 8:30 p.m. - Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital Foundation’s Bubbles and Bling Gala at the Cottonwood Inn.

Monday, Nov. 20

2 p.m. - St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Working Group Update to the public with the Valley County Commissioners, located inside the Board of County Commissioners in the Valley County Courthouse.

5 p.m. - Glasgow City Council regular meeting. On the agenda will be a St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Working Group update.

Tuesday, Nov. 21

The Valley County Health Department walk-in flu and COVID vaccination clinic Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. through the month of November.

Noon – 3 p.m. - Valley County Community Food Bank is open the third Tuesday of each month. If this is your first time applying for assistance please bring photo identification and proof of physical residence. Thanksgiving

The Valley County Courthouse is closed in observance of Thanksgiving.

Noon – 2 p.m. - 31st Annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner at the Glasgow Senior Citizens Center. This event is free and there is always plenty of food and no one goes home hungry.

Friday, Nov. 24

The Valley County Courthouse is open for regular business.
