    The sixth annual Paint Run/Walk will be held Saturday, Aug. 8 starting at 9 a.m. The Run/Walk is a 2.5 mile untimed event highlighted by participants being sprayed with powdered paint at various points along the course.     The Glasgow Recreation Department is moving forward with summer programs. Registration will begin on Monday, June 1, at 7 a.m. in the Civic Center gymnasium. Swim lessions will be $20 per session and class prices are $15 per class. Classes may be combined or canceled depending on participation. The resolutions were passed following a legally required public hearing to hear input from the public before spending the taxpayer money.
